AFA Annular Eclipse Trip to Patagonia and Atacama Desert 2017

Claude was a powerhouse throughout the trip, the first to jump out of the bus with his camera & tripod in hand and the last to get back up, always on the lookout for highlights and with a smile that radiated to us (with Lise’s) from Santiago to Valparaiso, passing through Patagonia and the Atacama desert. Thank you, thank you very much to you too dear amigo.

AFA 2015 escorted by whales

Sailing the Pacific with the AFA 2015 group through the “Reserva Nacional Pinguino de Humboldt” in Punta de Choros, suddenly the guide orders us to be silent, we stop talking and then, when we see them appear and we hear them to breathe… we are in absolute silence. .. Two humpback whales and one of Minke right next to us greeted us and accompanied us for 3 unforgettable minutes. Gracias a la Vida, Thank you Philippe!
